The creation of individual or mail merge documents, proofs and correspondence has become a daily routine throughout all organizational areas. However, to create, store, archive, send or digitalize documents is very often a time and cost consuming process. The majority of data used within HR correspondence takes a very fluid form as it is regularly being updated within an organization's ERP system. Within a manual process, this data is often exported to create documents which are then re-input to the system and archived into other business applications and workflows.
