Ex-gratia payment letter to an employee
An employee receives an ex-gratia payment for extraordinary work in a project. The bonus payment will be first entered in SAP infotype 0015 (Additional Payments). Letter generation will be initiated right within master data maintenance (PA30) launching AQDB Document Composer interactively to finalize the document.

Appointment letter (after change of position)
An employee is appointed to a new position. The new appointment will be processed within a “Change of Position” personnel action. AQDB Document Composer will be launched directly and interactively from the personnel action workflow in order to create the appointment letter.

Work contract (for new hire)
A new employee is hired. To create the work contract for the new employee the respective template is selected from the AQDB templates catalogue and the contract is being composed interactively using the AQDB Document Composer interface. Since no contract data are yet available in the SAP system (new employee!)  the contract data and appropriate text modules (employee name, working hours, salary, car allowance, etc.) has to be entered and selected manually by the hiring manager.

Anschreiben Sonderprämie
Ein Mitarbeiter erhält eine Sonderprämie für außerordentliche Leistungen. Die Prämie wird zunächst in SAP, im Infotypen 0015 (Ergänzende Zahlungen) erfasst. Aus der Stammdatenpflege (PA30) wird anschließend direkt die interaktive Dokumentenerstellung im AQDB Document Composer gestartet und das Dokument finalisiert.

Versetzungsschreiben (nach organisatorischem Wechsel)
Ein Mitarbeiter wird versetzt. Die Versetzung wird mit der Personalmaßnahme „Organisatorischer Wechsel“ erfasst. Die Erstellung des Versetzungsschreibens startet direkt und interaktiv aus der Maßnahme heraus im AQDB Document Composer.
