Solution Search within a Particular Category (Search Solutions):

Click under "Search Solutions" on "Solutions" and then select your product category and the area to which you want to assign the problem.
Please note: Not all categories contain solutions. The solution database is also used by our support team and contains other, internally used solutions in addition to those that are visible to you.

Free text search (Find Solution):

Enter one or more search terms in the field next to "Search for:". If you would like to further restrict your search, select a category from the dropdown menu "All Solutions" next to the free text search.
